The first ice cream and coffee shop BOSKO, specializing in artisan ice cream, opened in 2015 in the centre of Lublin and immediately became the most popular and the most visited ice cream shop in the region. During our first year we gained recognition and appreciation that only grows with each year, best proven by the now legendary queues to our shops in many cities.

We work on a rich base of recipes – we’ve created over 300 flavours, all based only on ingredients of highest quality.
In BOSKO shops, every day there is a new, unique option to try. Our varied menu can satisfy every client, caters to people with allergies, food intolerances, vegans and those counting calories.

Every day we do our best to make our guests remember BOSKO and recommend it to their friends. We make sure the high standard of our service is applied in every shop, which can be seen in numbers:

Over the course of our activity, we have gained tens of thousands of regular customers who return to BOSKO in all cities. We also won a number of plebiscites and competitions. However, it never crossed our minds to slow down.
First BOSKO shop opened in 2015 in Lublin, two years later the first two franchises opened in Radom and Kielce.
In 2018 BOSKO in Legionowo joined our network.
Over the next 12 month BOSKO came to Gdynia, Zamość, Toruń, Łódź, Pułtusk. Our franchisees in Kielce and Radom decided to open summer-only spots.
In 2020 we opened in Warsaw, Skarżysko-Kamienna, Siedlce and Wejherowo, and another of our franchises in Zamość opened.
In 2021, establishments in Gdańsk, Końskie and another point in Warsaw, this time in the Ursynów district, joined the BOSKO network. Many of our Franchisees have decided to use a new solution - mobile points.
We know nowadays we must be adaptable to the market’s requirements so in 2020 we put more emphasis on takeaway selling as well as launched a delivery service, both of which were well received by our customers.
The season in BOSKO doesn’t end with the holidays, much to our customers’ delight. In autumn and winter months we offer a large menu appropriate to the time of the year, with desserts, cakes, winter teas and hot chocolate.
We’re working on developing our network on every level. The newest product we are constantly improving is the BOSKO app, where our customers can join our loyalty program, see the available flavours in all our sites and find their nearest BOSKO.
