Our story began in 2015 in the heart of Lublin. In the blink of an eye, the first BOSKO ice cream café became the most popular destination in the Lublin region.
Since then, BOSKO has appeared in many cities across Poland, and the best proof of the quality of our flavor is the legendary queues forming outside our doors.
What is our secret? We prioritize the highest quality ingredients and continuous innovation – we have already developed over 370 artisan ice cream recipes! What's more, our BOSKO serving of ice cream is as much as 120 grams of pure pleasure, ensuring that customers leaving BOSKO will be fully satisfied.
Our iconic classics are the velvety BOSKA ŚMIETANKA (cream), intense CZEKOLADA (chocolate) and the beloved SOLONY KARMEL (salted caramel). And if you're looking for something refreshing, be sure to try our sorbets. We think of everyone – which is why our offer also includes sugar-free and vegan options.

That is why in our venues we serve freshly roasted coffee from a local roastery. It is a 100% arabica blend that delights with its depth of flavor and aroma. The BOSKO menu is complemented by ice cream desserts, crispy waffles, cream-filled wafer rolls and many other treats perfect for any time of year. And in the autumn-winter season at our venues in Lublin, Legionowo and Zamość, we invite you to enjoy fresh pastries from BOSKO Bakery.
